The first session will be about getting to know your body and doing a dynamic assessment. I will watch you move and talk to you about observed problem areas. Then I will use my movement detective skills to create a road to success for you. 

 

2ND SESSION

DESIGN A PROGRAM

 

After your initial session I will customize a program designed to address your bodies unique needs. Using my EMPOWER plan I will guide you through
